How charging works
- Your SMS credits are used first. Without credits, each SMS costs TSh 25 from your wallet.
- One SMS part is 160 characters, or 70 when the message has emoji or special characters.
- Cost = recipients × SMS parts.
- Send as ASTRAPANEL free, or apply for your own Sender ID at no cost.
- Failed sends and cancelled scheduled sends are refunded.
- Pay with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money or your wallet balance.
