Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 23 October 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of AstraPanel (astrapanel.site), its subdomains, mobile app, child panels and APIs. By creating an account, placing an order, selling, sending SMS or otherwise using the platform you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Platform — AstraPanel.site, its apps, APIs and affiliated infrastructure.

User — any person or business that accesses the platform, including guests who buy without an account.

Seller (Vendor) — a verified user who runs a storefront, lists products or creates payment links.

Services — social media growth (SMM) packages, Bulk SMS, the Marketplace and Digital Store, seller tools, Temporary Mail, Media (PlayBox, PlayMuse, PlayBook), child panels and APIs.

Wallet — your internal AstraPanel balance held in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may register with email, Google or a verified Tanzanian (+255) phone number. You must provide accurate names and contact details and keep your password, one-time codes and API keys secret. You are responsible for every action, order and charge made through your account or keys.

One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse vouchers, referrals or free offers. False identity or contact details may lead to suspension.

Funds can be added through mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa/Mixx, Airtel Money, Halo Pesa), cards where available, vouchers/coupon codes and crypto (USDT, Binance Pay). Deposits are credited after the payment provider confirms them.

Prices are set in TZS; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you confirm an order applies to that order.

Wallet balance can only be spent on the platform. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and, except for approved seller earnings, cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Payment-provider fees, network charges and failed transfers caused by wrong numbers you entered are your responsibility.

We never ask for your social media passwords. You provide only a public link or username, and the account must stay public until the order completes.

The order amount is deducted from your wallet before the order is sent to our supplier. If the supplier rejects the order, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically.

Delivery times and start times are estimates. Results such as followers, likes or views may drop over time; services marked with a refill period can be refilled free of charge during that period.

Orders with wrong links, private accounts, changed usernames, or duplicate orders on the same link at the same time may not be refunded.

Social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and others) have their own rules. AstraPanel is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for actions they take against your account.

SMS is charged per message part from your SMS credits first and then your wallet. Credits from bundles are non-refundable once purchased.

Custom Sender IDs require an application with supporting documents and approval by us and the network operators. We may reject or revoke a Sender ID that is misleading or misused.

You may only message people who agreed to receive your messages, and you must honour opt-out requests. Spam, phishing, fraud, gambling promotion without license, political incitement, hate or illegal content is forbidden and will lead to suspension without refund.

Workspace owners are responsible for team members they invite. Delivery depends on mobile networks; we do not guarantee that any message is delivered or read.

Use of the Bulk SMS API requires a valid API key and is subject to rate limits and these terms.

Products are offered by AstraPanel or by independent verified sellers. Digital accounts and subscriptions (for example Canva Pro or CapCut Pro) are provided as described on the listing and may be subject to the third-party provider's own terms.

To publish a storefront or create payment links, sellers must pass identity (KYC) verification. Sellers must list only items they are allowed to sell, describe them honestly, deliver promptly and respond to buyers.

AstraPanel deducts a commission from each seller sale. Seller earnings can be withdrawn to supported payout methods above the minimum amount, after review. We may hold or reverse earnings linked to fraud, chargebacks or complaints.

Listings may be removed and stores suspended for counterfeit, illegal, stolen or misleading items. Reviews may only be left by real buyers and must be honest.

Store chat, voice calls, statuses and reels must not be used for harassment, spam or illegal content.

Undelivered SMM orders can be cancelled and refunded to your wallet. Partially delivered orders are refunded for the undelivered part.

Digital products are refundable only if they were not delivered or do not work as described and you report it promptly with evidence.

Refunds are credited to your AstraPanel wallet, not paid out in cash, unless required by law.

PlayBox, PlayMuse and PlayBook show content from third-party and public sources (such as YouTube, Internet Archive, LibriVox, Project Gutenberg and podcast feeds). We do not own that content. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to anything you watch, listen to or download.

Temporary Mail addresses are public and short-lived. Do not use them for important accounts, banking or illegal purposes.

Free tools are provided as is and may change or stop at any time.

Referral commissions are paid only for genuine referred users. Self-referrals or fake accounts cancel the earnings.

Vouchers can be redeemed once per account, have no cash value and may expire.

Child panel owners may resell services under their own brand and set their own prices, but remain bound by these terms and responsible for their own customers.

API access is for your own integrations. Keep keys secret, do not resell access without permission and do not overload the system. We may limit or revoke keys that are abused.

You may not commit fraud, use stolen payment methods, launder money, hack or scrape the platform, bypass security checks, impersonate others, or use any service to break Tanzanian law or the rules of third-party platforms.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Balances obtained through fraud or abuse will be forfeited. You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion.

Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific growth, sales or engagement results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AstraPanel is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, actions by third-party platforms or networks, or interruptions beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We may update them from time to time; the effective date above will change and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
